Look-A-Lady-Ukulele
Our ongoing Look-a-Lady-Ukulele (LALU) work is a collaboration between WORD! and our partners at Brightsparks, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust and Peepul Centre.
The project is designed to boost the health and wellbeing of self-identifying women living across Leicester and Leicestershire. LALU brings together women from a variety of different cultures to write, record and perform,original, multi-lingual pieces -and promote a broader understanding of health, wellbeing and cultural unity.
